About Simone

Walking the path I now share with others

MUDAi was not created as a theory.
It was born from a personal journey of questioning, learning, and inner transformation.

A Journey of Remembrance

My name is Simone Nogueira.

MUDAi was not born from a plan or a perfectly designed method. It emerged from a long and very human search.

Like many of you may have felt, there were moments in my life when things looked fine on the outside — yet inside, it felt as if I was falling apart, as if I was living someone else's life.

Deep down, I knew there had to be more meaning, more truth, more coherence in the way I was living.

That feeling led me into years of questioning.

Sometimes with curiosity.
Sometimes through confusion, mistakes, and painful lessons.

I tried many paths.
Some helped.
Some didn’t.

But through that process — through trial and error, reflection, and deep inner work — something slowly began to change.

The more I began to understand myself — my fears, my defense mechanisms, the unconscious patterns that had shaped me — the more something unexpected started to happen.

I began to develop compassion for myself.

Little by little, I started releasing the idealized image I had carried for so long — the version of myself I thought I needed to be.

I began forgiving myself for my mistakes.

Understanding that my mistakes did not define who I was.

And with that self-compassion came something even more transformative.

The ability to forgive others.

I began to see that, just like me, everyone was doing the best they could with the awareness they had at the time.

That realization softened something inside me.

The more I understood, the more love began to replace judgment.

Love for myself.
And love for the essence of the people around me.

Through this process, what once felt chaotic slowly began to make sense.

Patterns became clearer.
Certain principles started repeating themselves in different areas of life.

Little by little, the structure that later became MUDAi began to reveal itself.

Not all at once — but gradually, as understanding deepened and experience transformed knowledge into wisdom.

And the journey continues.

Because MUDAi is not a finished answer.

It is a living path of remembrance.

And the journey continues.

Because MUDAi is not a finished answer.

It is a living path of remembrance.

And from that journey of remembering… MUDAi slowly took form.

Why I Created MUDAi?

Transformation does not happen all at once.
It grows through small, conscious shifts practiced daily.

During my own journey, I slowly began to understand something that changed everything for me.

Real transformation rarely happens through sudden breakthroughs.

It happens through small, conscious shifts — repeated day after day.

The mind and the nervous system learn through repetition.
Through experience.
Through the small choices we make every day.

I began experimenting with small changes in my own life.

Tiny adjustments in the way I responded to emotions.
Small moments of awareness during the day.
Simple practices that helped me pause, observe, and choose differently.

These small practices gradually became micro-habits.

And those micro-habits began to reshape the way I thought, felt, and responded to life.

Little by little, new inner pathways were forming.

New patterns.
New ways of being.

What once felt like an endless struggle slowly became a process of conscious re-alignment.

Over time, I realized that transformation does not require turning your entire life upside down.

It begins with simple, intentional practices that help you reconnect with your inner truth — and embody it little by little.

From that realization, MUDAi began to take shape.

Not as a rigid system, but as a conscious path built on three foundations:

Knowledge.
Self-Mastery.
Embodiment.

A path where understanding becomes lived experience — and lived experience becomes wisdom.

Background & Areas of Study

The path of MUDAi is rooted both in personal experience and years of study in
human consciousness, psychology, and spiritual development.

Over the past decade, my work has been devoted to understanding the deeper dynamics of human transformation — both through personal experience and professional study.

My background integrates knowledge from spirituality, psychology, and human development, combined with years of mentoring individuals through their own processes of transformation.

Along this path, I have also explored fields such as neuroscience, consciousness studies, and spiritual philosophy — always seeking to understand how real inner transformation happens in everyday life.

MUDAi was born from the intersection of this study with lived experience.

Not as a theory —
but as a path that can be practiced.

My training includes:

  • Life Coaching, Professional Coaching, and Positive Coaching certifications
  • Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) certification
  • Studies in Transpersonal Psychology
  • Studies in Dream Interpretation
  • Studies in consciousness and subconscious patterns

Areas of Exploration:

  • Consciousness
  • Human transformation
  • Emotional mastery
  • Spiritual philosophy
  • Inner freedom

My Philosophy

I believe transformation does not happen through pressure or perfection.

It happens through awareness, compassion, and conscious practice.

When we understand ourselves more deeply, we naturally begin to act with more wisdom, love, and responsibility.

Real change is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we are — and learning how to live from that place.

MUDAi was created as a gentle path to support that process.

A Personal Note

"I do not claim to have all the answers.
Like everyone on this path, I continue learning, observing, and evolving.

But what I have discovered through my own journey is that when we reconnect with our inner power, life begins to unfold with more clarity, peace, and meaning.

And that is the path I now feel called to share."
